Hilti is a solid organization that really tries hard to adjust to the needs of employees and the market. They treat each employee like individuals and reward it's top producers. The comp plan and benefits are decent but the culture is why people stay for years.

This year was different since the election and inflation were huge drivers of the decline in sales. Still a good company for the area and you have visibility with upper management and access to positions across the US
