Great opportunity to sell a premium product loved by it's customers for specialty use. This tole taught me a lot about customer qualification and time and territory management. I had one of the greatest leaders of all time there but most don't come close to him. Many friends who still work there hate the culture now and command and control leadership style. Many leaders do not listen to sales people and ignore common issues relate to product outages and availability that impact seller effectiveness. Best customers in the world! Construction people who use Hilti Love Hilti and swear by it. Its an amazing role depending on teh leader and team you are on.

Overall good company to work for. Develop and promote inside and retail salespeople into outside roles. Then potential for sales leadership. But once you achieve that level it’s very hard and political to move into a director role.
