If you’re good at networking you can progress quickly but, if you have opinions that don’t align you can get buried quick. Hilti claims they pay top tier money but, they pay very middle of the pack money with limited upside and caps on variable income.

This year was different since the election and inflation were huge drivers of the decline in sales. Still a good company for the area and you have visibility with upper management and access to positions across the US
