Great Company Culture, Great People to work with. Hybrid 3 days downtown Chicago. Base Pay and Comp plan could be better compared to market. Benefits are ok, high monthly cost for insurance. Other benefits are good. Overall, a great company to learn and grow in HR Tech.

They have had 5 VP of sales in 6 years, and do not set you up for success. They say we have to hold reps accountable, but nobody on leadership is held accountable for their actions.
