I have just started bu they have heavily invested in my development and my success. The driver is about getting all of the reps to make money and get paid. Its a very work hard and play hard environment that wants you to be successful.

Could/should be a great place to work, but this is a classic case of leadership not knowing what to do and how to manage expectations. Fear-driven culture by CRO/leadership often puts people in a tough spot to succeed, which has led to some crazy turnover (reps and leadership included).
