Could/should be a great place to work, but this is a classic case of leadership not knowing what to do and how to manage expectations. Fear-driven culture by CRO/leadership often puts people in a tough spot to succeed, which has led to some crazy turnover (reps and leadership included).

It’s a start up that feels like a start up - the sales environment is what you’d expect from that. Fully remote is a plus. Product team & developers great imo.
