Joined at the early pandemic phase, where we grew a lot. The company imploded after a few years when the return to office wave happened and people didn't need a virtual conference tool anymore.

poorly handled the pivot from covid-> non covid world, burned resources rashly and had to lay off multiple rounds of people from all departments due to poor planning.
