It’s a shame. There are plenty of good things HouseCall Pro offers to small businesses. However, the whole sales org is due for a massive reality check and overhaul. Churn and Burn sales org.

My overall experience with this company was less than acceptable. There are some exceptional team members, and some strong examples in mid-level leadership- but the People Team and several members of upper leadership are more than questionable. My overall experience was awful... the Sales team over promises on earnings, potential for advancement, unlimited PTO, and uncapped commissions. If you work in this sales department you will be lied to by managers and have to put up with unreasonable goals.
