It’s a phenomenal product with really good and clear product market fit. The compensation is mediocre to bad because they know it’s an easy sale. They don’t care to improve it. Do not work here. Product is great, team is friendly, but they work sales people like dogs. WFH but you can't leave your computer for a bathroom break without requesting it. These breaks can be denied.
