Interview process was smooth. You will do 4 rounds. They will also switch you from a role that you originally applied for if they see value in you. That role may be significantly lower than what you expected. For my sake, that was $8K off my base and $25K off my OTE. They do pay out at OTE rate for the first 4 weeks during the ramp period.

The company has a lot of work to do. Great product and amazing customers, but the internal team is lacking and everyone is in it for themselves. You are told a great hype and then sadly get disappointed throughout your time with the company. Good company to start with but don't stay long.

Avoid at all cost. WFH but you can’t leave your screen all day. It’s a grind day after day for mere pennies. Oh and I forgot to mention they are replacing all US based SDRs with offshore reps based out of Mexico.
