Lot of more tenured employees are moving elsewhere because comp plan is not keeping up with what the going rate for an AE role is

Do not work here. Product is great, team is friendly, but they work sales people like dogs. WFH but you can't leave your computer for a bathroom break without requesting it. These breaks can be denied.
