Former Employee Trash, worst company you can ever work for. By far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a company. No one knows what they’re doing it’s the blind leading the blind. People get promoted based on favoritism not work ethic or skill set. They lie in your interview and tell you that the avg. sales price is $5k.. that’s a lie it’s $2k. Say conversion is 50% and it’s so high because you get warm leads from the PAMs which is also a lie company avg is like 23% and you will be cold calling leads that are not warm they are cold. Less than 20% of AE’s hit attainment. The big guy running the show is a t-mobile guy who’s now in 401(k) while trying to run it like t-mobile. Compliance issues up the yong yang law suits waiting to happen and they openly marginalize people. It’s blatant, gross place to work.
