There’s a real sink-or-swim culture here, and it shows. The leadership doesn’t seem to operate with strong ethical standards, and the direction of the business feels unclear. Prices for customers are constantly changing, and even employees seem unsure about what the future holds. Overall, it’s hard to feel confident in a company that operates this way. Favoritism is huge here

This company has elevated my career . So much room for growth. It is a very fast paced job and is not easy to be successful but the work put in is worth the outcome.

You can make a lot of money, but it comes with a price. Some things about the company: your mental health will diminish quickly, your work/life balance is nonexistent, all upper management is degrading and have no right being in leadership, and HR is your enemy.
