Former Employee I worked as a Partner Account Manager at Human Interest. While the company has undergone significant changes over the past year, I would not recommend this role. The position relied heavily on generating referrals from business partners such as brokers, CPAs, and primarily HCM consultants. From there, the goal was to identify companies these partners were working with—either existing clients or prospects—and attempt to collaborate on potential deals. However, the volume of referrals and deals required to meet expectations was extremely high and often unrealistic.
