I haven’t talked to a single peer who isn’t just as afraid as I am for what’s to come over the next 2-4 months. We’re all motivated by fear right now and the seemingly constant changes in leadership doesn’t have the best optics. We hear that someone impactful and influential is leaving weekly. It’s clear some have been mutual and some have not been.

Culture is becoming quite toxic following the lay-offs directed by Thoma Bravo. The recent push their largest health-care systems on-premise apps to drive ARR/increased valuations to Hyland private tenant have led to dissatisfaction within the customer base and Epic.
