We have an almost entirely new C-suite that has come in with fresh an bold ideas. I'm excited about their optimism and think we have good potential. The culture is migrating to one of accountability which I appreciate. Am waiting to see other improvements before moving this rating to a 4.

Culture is becoming quite toxic following the lay-offs directed by Thoma Bravo. The recent push their largest health-care systems on-premise apps to drive ARR/increased valuations to Hyland private tenant have led to dissatisfaction within the customer base and Epic.
