Good product and good people. Company is run very lean which is great for runway, but not great for organization and covering all bases. Things change very rapidly, which is the nature of a small startup, but some added stability would go a long way and changes made aren't always for the best.

Small startup that paid well but over-hired AEs and laid off all but 1 AE within a 4 month span. Multiple reps hired and laid off within 6 months with no reasons, no notice, not even a PIP.
