The support is increasing for the associate role with new management. There is more structure within the role. Travel is a lot and relocation into a full role is almost guaranteed. Must be considered and discussed more initially. Overall a good associate program for those starting in MDS

My overall experience was really negative. The culture was toxic. Customers did not like the product. There was a lot of back stabbing within the Management team. They had low market share for their products. Not many hit plan

Some of the direct managers are absolutely horrible. They have elementary level requirements for professional sales people who have been in the field for 8+ years. They manage from their home office 5 days a week while criticizing why you didn’t see a 3rd or 4th contact on a Friday. I’m
