The product is great, and the fully remote work option is a huge plus. The compensation is very fair, and uncapped commissions with accelerators are definitely the cherry on top! Be prepared for a startup culture with a lot of hustle; you'll need to unlearn old techniques and quickly pick up new ones to succeed in this role.

Really good product to be honest but just not the best GTM leadership team. CEO is smart and involved but company needs a CRO and better direct managers to empower the team to do more.

I was part of the US team. There were three reps for the entire country. 95% of the 170 calls you’re expected to make result in you learning whoever you’re calling already uses Concur and has been for twenty years so they have no interest in switching.
