The sales culture has changed dramatically over a very short period of time. It has gone from a dynamic, happy and supportive culture where it was acknowledged that there will be down times as much as there will be up times & as long as you showed you were doing all the right things, that ws ok. Now, you can be sales person of the year & then have a bad three months & you are gone. The words brutal, draconian, archaic spring to mind. Churn & burn is now the mantra.

Acquisitions and dismantling teams, makes it harder to have happy customers. Biggest risk, trying to have a product that does it all is not executable. Looking to sell soon, cutting costs in all departments: marketing, operations, product, engineering.
