I would be very careful before you consider accepting any sales position in North America. The entire North American sales team is currently a disaster and has been struggling for the past year +. It's a mess, a company in transition, poor communication means people take decisions which affect other people, without letting them know. Customers seem to be an afterthought, unless they're churning or paying more for something new. Potential for the future could be good but feels a long, long way off and unsure if HQ is capable of getting the org there.
