Former Employee Organization used to be incredible to work for, but leadership changes impacted commission plans and cut OTE in half unless you hit unmanageable quotas. It's a saturated space with limited opportunity, and Imagine is one of the more expensive options out there. Some territories already have 90% penetration but 20% growth is still expected. Some of the products are industry-leading, but about 65% of the product suite isn't great. Company still expects you to sell those product lines though because they have the "Imagine" name in front of it. Mix that with the funding issues in education these days....
People at the company are incredible and very good at what they do. Leadership has just taken a downward turn.
