I can only speak for inside sales. Great place to get experience for the full sales cycle and make great commission. not much room for growth to leadership or up the sales hierarchy. The inside sales team could use more sales training and product training. The company has changed drastically in the last 2 years feeling more corporate and a larger divide between leadership.

Organization used to be incredible to work for, but leadership changes impacted commission plans and cut OTE in half unless you hit unmanageable quotas.
