Current Employee New sales leadership has demolished culture. In an effort to adapt their sales processes, we’ve ballooned optics tasks, reduced revenue generating activity, made our sales cycle more complex, decreased sales velocity, and are harming our reputation in the market due to their callous and abrasive communication styles. The majority of the sales organization is now burnt out, anxious, and making less money. There are numerous HR violations based on toxic and discriminatory behavior.
