Good company and great culture, except for the sales managers — they’re unhelpful and won’t advocate for you. Account territories are not distributed equally, and many people are leaving because leadership refuses to acknowledge how poor the account quality is. They won’t adjust the book of business for anyone.

Company is just looking to go public. rapidly hiring and firing people. dont care about indivdiuals or culture. not realistic quotas

Sales seemed pretty strong, average tenure was also pretty decent, but there was also enough turnover year over year that not everyone was hitting quota, much less exceeding.
