Very good company, great training, good enablement, excellent culture, great base pay for BDR position, can do better with territories and revops however.

Poor Sales Leadership. Top Down Poor Communication. Saturate you into BDR Roles (minimum 2.5+ years) and onto AE ramp, very slow, with lower than market pay. Do not recommend.

Excellent training and sales enablement, great people to work with, really solid product. Emphasis on prospecting for new logos, but that’s to be expected most places. Seems like change (in product, tech stack, processes, etc) is very frequent. Glad to be here since Impact has their sh!t together compared to many of the other SaaS orgs I’ve worked at.
