What exactly is your question? Sales org, like the departments? Indeed sales is in a huuuuge re-structuring process right now. Long story short, territorys getting smaller like from 300 accounts in mid market you ll get around 100 accounts. Enterprise will get 7 accounts and inside sales enterprise around 20 accounts while quotas still being hard to reach.

The company is currently re-thinking book sizes, quotas and departments etc.
