Anyone have any insight as to why the comp plans for the NAM roles are so odd? I was told they are a 60/40 split of base/total OTE and the highest tier is a 230k'ish OTE for the highest role in the org. Can anyone give me any insight to this as this seems low and doesn't align w/ Indeed OTEs?
