Indeed is an interesting company. It's obviously a leader in the space, but is very dependent on how well the economy is doing and if clients are adding more job postings in order for you to hit your target. It's fairly chill if your director is cool, and a good place to save some money while working a job that isn't "that" hard once you get the hang of it.

The company cares about employees and tries to make everyone feel comfortable in their position. As time has passed product developers have too much say in the direction of the company.
