Poor leadership, company innovation has stalled. Low base pay. Job KPI's are annoying, monotonous but relatively easy if you can look past the useless stream of tasks you'll be put on each week before you can do your actual job. A once exciting company that has lost its magic. Some of this can be attributed to market conditions.

The job is definitely not that hard so the compensation is great. However, the product doesnt work a lot of the time, churn is high, quotas are untenable, and it's just honestly a boring job to have.

The sales roles at Indeed are diverse, and there seems to be a regular shit in which teams at the company are succeeding. Leadership changes should help in the near and long term. Indeed struggles to get out of its own way with product development.
