Bad leadership over the last 4 years has become a major factor for people leaving. Product innovation and go to market strategies have been a nightmare for clients and reps to navigate. Sales reps have been tasked with a data entry nightmare that has displaced the ability to drive revenue

My overall experience was one I'll always appreciate. Having this be my first sales role has made all other roles in terms of KPIs (outside of quota attainment) easy. That said, it's a typical sales culture where you're only as good as your last quarter.
