Current Employee Sales teams is hunter role and expected to generate all your own leads. Selling into asset managers mostly hedge funds, private credit, etc. IVP has some premier clients in the space. Growth is steady and there is a wide selection of solutions. Leadership is solid, not much sales training so you should be motivated to improve skills on your own.
