VAR reseller so also dependent on the market there. Very slow season with no strategy in lead generation.

Biggest challenge is organization's comp structure. They quarterly on paid invoice so it takes months to see your commission. It's hard to stay afload financially. However leadership is great for the most part. Very supportive. Presales is conducted by delivery team which causes major issues as well.
