From a consumer perspective, the company is great, but rapid growth has led to a severe decline in internal operations and performance. Notably, compensation structures were significantly reduced without any clear communication, which was a major point of contention. Low base pay, small loan sizes, very micromanaged, lots of turnover here. The pay is not competitive and very high interest rate offerings/ discount points compared to the competition.
