Leadership is accessible, but it relies a lot on the internal connections to make things done. Approval levels are multiple and take many days. Endless sales reporting which need to be done by sales managers themselves. No common dashboards from the sales effectiveness team to automate efforts, a lot of repetitive work to report to leadership with is time consuming. Very limited investment on marketing and sales tools

My overall experience is that the company is good. It’s not commission based so sometimes it can be demotivating to work on deals that take a long time. The basic salary is good but there needs to be a review of that and the incentive structure to motivate sales employees.
