Infosys is very large and can be very disorganized. The support + training promised did not happen. It was difficult to stay afloat when nothing was ever explained. Your success largely depends on which leaders you're paired with and if they are willing to make time for you.

Overall my experience was positive. I learned a lot about what massive companies can do for their clients and emloyees. I also saw clients take advantage and push until there was no margin left, and Infosys still did the deal.
