My overall experience is that the company is good. It’s not commission based so sometimes it can be demotivating to work on deals that take a long time. The basic salary is good but there needs to be a review of that and the incentive structure to motivate sales employees.

Infosys is very large and can be very disorganized. The support + training promised did not happen. It was difficult to stay afloat when nothing was ever explained. Your success largely depends on which leaders you're paired with and if they are willing to make time for you.
