Former Employee As a trainer, I found my experience as less than optimal. Since being acquired by Inovalon, we transitioned from an almost billion dollar evaluation to rarely hitting quota. The training methodology that brought our success was scrapped for an inferior process that requires Sales Directors to assume much of the ongoing training once they go through the new hire process. Management brought their own toxic and tone deaf practices and then slowly destroyed the culture that fostered our original success. New hires are being short changed on the training that is supposed to help them succeed and thrive
