Worst culture i've ever been a part of. Very toxic, unrealistic goals, only 2 people hit quota, and ELT is awful. The one thing they do well is provide a strong base salary.

Inovalon has the potential to be a great employer. Unfortunately the whole company is extremely unorganized. The upper management pushes for unrealistic goals. They pay WAY below industry standard.
