Current Employee Great leadership that has taken the company from a bad place to a better place. That said, it will be tough to make it there if there isn’t a change in product/package pricing and a change in the way leads are distributed. Reps on the highest pay plan get the vast majority of quality leads. Reps on a lower tier are told they should be able to do 50% of quota attainment through inbounds when the reality is you should expect to do 90% of your quota through outbound prospecting.
