I am considering an AE role in the UK, selling into Enterprise accounts for Retail, TTH and Financial services. How are the AEs doing in the UK? How is the management? Do they fire people if they don't perform? Do they put you in PIPs? Are customers happy with the platform?

More QuestionsCan anyone speak to the inbound vs outbound lead situation? Curious if the Enterprise AEs in North America are essentially full cycle reps I have been quoted a $1.6M ACV quota during my HM interview. My current role in a "Big 3" CRM/CX target is only $800k and selling at a higher higher price point than Insider. Does this sound about correct for AEs?
