My overall experience at Insider was positive. It's certainly a place where sales professionals have the potential to earn a significant income. However, some areas could use improvement, such as achieving a better work-life balance, providing more opportunities for career development, and enhancing cultural aspects within the company.

I have been quoted a $1.6M ACV quota during my HM interview. My current role in a "Big 3" CRM/CX target is only $800k and selling at a higher higher price point than Insider. Does this sound about correct for AEs?

Sounds like a very intense place but overall good reviews. What are the cons of working here? Do AEs need to do everything or are you supported effectively by AEs SDRs etc?
