Current Employee Some of the cons:
Compensation rules and product packaging and pricing frequently change and impact negatively sales teams.
They're very unstructured when it comes to commission payments - they create rules out of thin air to have reasons not to pay commissions.
Even when the deal ticks all boxes, they will stall commission analysis and delay on paying commissions on purpose to make you wait for the next bonus cycle to receive.
There is no transparency and the leadership on HQ really doesn't care if the sales teams are overworked, stressed or burnt out.
Pros:
product is top of the notch
pricing is very good and you have a lot of wiggle room to negotiate with customers
you learn a lot and the bar is set very high Browse Other Reviews
