Former Employee I was thrilled to join Insider, looking forward to the opportunity and the challenge. However, it turned out to be quite surprising. The product was impressive, the pay was great, and there was a robust culture, blending aspects of a startup, traditional software sales, and a somewhat cult-like vibe. Unfortunately, it wasn't a positive experience for me. Perhaps in more mature markets, it's a great experience, but in developing countries, it falls short.
