Great company if you’re just starting your career. The company culture and how Insight incentives its senior account managers is broken. The Account Management role is not competitive if you are not consistently in the top 10% of the company that has 2,000+ account managers. Senior account managers are required to cold call daily with little to no support. No such thing as BDR’s here. You’re on your own.
