Current Employee I have been here for over eight years - It was a great job right out of college for the sales training, opportunity to make six figures faster than most people out of college and to meet lifelong friends. I'm disappointed at the companies decisions in the last three years - tripping quotas, adding more RTO days each year, raising metrics and taking away 3 sales conferences we used to have every year (really helped build moral!). There's also a lot of favoritism when it comes to territories and you could be put in a cold territory left to grind it out cold calling for two years. I have seen a handful of people make $300-400K but most don't, that's probably 5% of people who start and stick it out. Now as a senior sales person, there are more competitive sales jobs out there with way more flexibility/remote options, much higher base pay and better benefits. The culture has changed so much from when I started and it was a fun grind (work hard/play hard). Recommend for first job but not staying past four years.
