Great culture and great people across all offices. The development you get at this job is great but it is a up and down Market that makes it hard to keep your success.

High turnover and high pressure to hit overly ambitious goals. Five percent of hiring class will make it to promotion. Good luck.

Overall, I appreciated my time at Insight Global. The base+time to promotion are the biggest hurdles. You better hope you live in a LOC area or with family before you get promoted. There is a decent amount if turnover, and I think the initial promotion time has a lot to do with it. 1 year making under $50k will ensure that you keep your options open to new positions.
