Unlimited commission and potential in the role, but a poor culture of leadership and politics beneath the surface. No hiring from within industry, only college kid pipeline.

Very challenging role and a lot of luck involved in closing deals. Incredible experience for those right out of college to gain full sales cycle experience. Sets you up well for future opportunities.

The company as a whole is great, but the commission structure is pretty horrendous and there is a threshold where you do not see commission on roughly 1/3 of your OTE.
