My experience was as a recent college graduate not knowing what to expect. To this day, best culture I've ever been a part of, but that's because it's a very work hard/play hard culture. And I mean play VERY hard, even during work days. I enjoyed my time there but for anyone looking to get into the Account Management role as a male, I'd probably stick to recruiting. Only successful reps at IG are females across the board. This is a very high churn company because it is a sweatshop for sales and very micromanaged. If you're looking for culture, this is it.

Very challenging role and a lot of luck involved in closing deals. Incredible experience for those right out of college to gain full sales cycle experience. Sets you up well for future opportunities.
