Positive. Good work life balance, supportive team. Inbound and outbound leads are high quality. CRM space is overcrowded , but Insightly is easy to use.

Honestly, the sales leadership team commits the sales cardinal sin…they over-promise and under-deliver. They have a superiority attitude and a “good old boys” club mentality. I would not recommend. Sales org is incredibly mismanaged. Toxic middle management without direction or ideas on how to fix the sinking ship.

My overall experience is positive for the company, but negative for the CRM space. We have a lot of great functions and customization but overall the CRM is saturated which makes it tough
